Caress Cuvée Blanc

Caress Cuvée Blanc is a wonderful California example of a Rhone Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc. With textbook acidity, a nice concentration of fruit flavors and, the driest (Sec) level, Caress is the best-of-the-best cuvée delivering a haunting, complex, long-lived white wine.

Caress Cuvée Blanc is a White Châteauneuf-du-Pape, one of the rarest and most prestigious wines in France, made from a variety of different grape varieties. They are delicious and some of France’s most full-bodied and rich white wines.

Because of the intensity and body Caress is wonderful with food and can be pair not only with fish but also with duck breast and all kinds of white meat.

Cuvée Blanc ~ a medium-bodied white wine blend inspired by the traditional white wines of the Mediterranean Coast.

Cuvée ~ used to indicate a blended wine of exceptional quality. It is a derivative of the word “Cuverie” which is the French term for the building housing the fermentation vats of a winery.
