Tasting Hospitality Associate

We’re looking for an Hospitality Associate to join our Tasting Room team, someone who thrives on delivering warm, engaging and elevated guest experiences.
As a Hospitality Associate, you'll be the face of our estate, guiding guests through curated wine and food pairings in an intimate and story-rich setting. You'll share the history and describe the flavor profiles of our boutique wines, and offer insights into our exclusive wine club subscriptions — all while creating moments our guests will never forget.
This is a full-time role, including some weekends and occasional evenings with competitive compensation, employer contributed 401(k) tax-free savings plan, health insurance provided after qualifying period and the opportunity to work in one of Sonoma County’s most prestigious estates.
