Tasting Hospitality Associate

We’re looking for an Hospitality Associate to join our Tasting Room team, someone who thrives on delivering warm, engaging and elevated guest experiences.
As a Hospitality Associate, you'll be the face of our estate, guiding guests through curated wine and food pairings in an intimate and story-rich setting. You'll share the history and describe the flavor profiles of our boutique wines, and offer insights into our exclusive wine club subscriptions — all while creating moments our guests will never forget.
This is a full-time role, including some weekends and occasional evenings with competitive compensation, employer contributed 401(k) tax-free savings plan, health insurance provided after qualifying period and the opportunity to work in one of Sonoma County’s most prestigious estates.

Wine Club Coordinator
We are seeking a Wine Club Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing exceptional service, and creating memorable experiences for our wine club members and guests.
As a Wine Club & Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for our wine club members and customers. You will help manage club memberships, coordinate shipments, assist with member events, and ensure every interaction reflects the warmth, professionalism, and hospitality that define Williamson Wines.
You'll communicate with members by phone, email, and in person, helping them maximize their membership benefits while fostering long-term loyalty to our brand.

Concierge
