Reservations & Cancellations
A reservation is a place held for your exclusive use.
Plans sometimes change. Here are the notice periods and terms for changing or canceling your Williamson reservation.
YOUR PLACE AT THE TABLE
A Table Prepared for You
Reservations are required for all events, including wine tastings, parties, dinners, helicopter tours and trips. Your credit card is charged at booking for the event, plus any applicable taxes or fees. Your reservation is confirmed by email.
Our culinary team plans and prepares for each guest individually. By the time you arrive, the food is prepared, wines are opened and our chefs and service team are ready to welcome you.
Reservations may be canceled at any time. Places are limited, and many events sell out months ahead. Late cancellations can prevent another guest from joining us, so late cancellations and late reservation changes are subject to reasonable fees.
NOTICE PERIODS
Cancellation Notice Periods
We understand that plans can change. The required notice depends on your experience. These are the time windows for changes or cancellations without fees or with reduced fees.
Tastings, Lunches & Pickup Parties
- Tasting Room — fewer than 8 guests: More than 48 hours.
- Tasting Room — 8 or more guests: More than 7 days.
- Winemaker Lunch Tasting: More than 7 days.
- Epicurean Dinner: More than 7 days.
- Pickup Party Events: More than 48 hours.
- Wine Day Lunches: More than 48 hours.
Vineyard, Private & Helicopter Events
- Vineyard Events — Pig Roast & Lobster Feast: More than 30 days.
- Private or Corporate Events: More than 15 days to receive 50% credit on account.
- Helicopter Tastings: More than 72 hours, plus a $50 flight plan cancellation fee.
Odyssey Trips
Trip cancellation fees are based on the notice given before the travel date:
- More than three months: 100% refund of the trip price.
- Within three months: Forfeit one-third of the trip price.
- Within two months: Forfeit two-thirds of the trip price.
- Within one month: Forfeit all of the trip price.
OTHER BOOKING TERMS
Fees, Credits & Changes
Late cancellations. Cancellations made inside the applicable time window forfeit all payments made.
Pickup Party no-shows. Guests who reserve a Pickup Party place and do not attend are billed a per-person event no-show fee.
Individual circumstances. For cancellations of tastings, parties, dinners, trips or other events, we retain the right to decide the appropriate response in any particular situation.
If Williamson cancels an event. We may cancel an event at any time without liability. We will notify you by email and apply a 100% credit to your account.
Account credits. All credits are on-account only and valid for one year from the original event date.
Travel insurance. If you are traveling to one of our events, consider travel insurance in case you are unable to attend.
