Healthy, Natural, Vegan Wines

Creating wines from sustainably farmed vineyards without additives makes them natural. Ensuring they have low sulfides reduces risk of histamine headaches. Not using any of the usual animal products qualifies them as vegan.

Single-Vineyard, Single-Varietal Wines

Referred to as having “a sense of place” these varietal wines from diverse sites in Napa and Sonoma reflect the purity of a particular grape flavor profile while showing the various vineyard nuances (terroir).

Bordeaux Style California Wines

Divided by a river, Bordeaux is classified into Left Bank, famous for Cabernet Sauvignon dominated wines and Right Bank, famous for wines based on Merlot. We have created our own excellent California versions of each.

Rhône Style California Wines

We call them Viognier and Syrah but they are all descendants of grapes grown in the Rhône Valley region of France, a huge, diverse, viticultural area planted in the first century BC by the Romans and now recreated here in California.

Aging Wine

Storing or Cellaring Wine

We use cork from Portugal that does more than just preserve the quality and character of your wine. It preserves old-growth cork-oak forests and a centuries-long way of life through sustainable harvesting of the bark.
