Flavor - the culmination of your sensory inputs
Flavors we like are flavors that we have learned to like, so when presented with a wine we need to spend time to get to know it, to allow all our senses, sight, smell, taste, etc., to provide their inputs so that our brain can categorize its flavors and then we will understand why we like it, or not.
Only when we know to pay attention to our individual sensory inputs can we make informed, educated decisions on our appreciation of a wine.
Everyone who enjoys wine realizes that the glass itself has a lot to do with our appreciation of the wine, but there's more . . . so this section provides a few contributing aspects to our personal appreciation of wine.

Beauty companies reveal that it rejuvenates the skin and returns a radiant glow and youthful look to your face. ▲MORE ABOUT WINE & SKIN CARE ASK A WINE & SKIN CARE QUESTION
Healthy, Natural, Vegan Wines
Creating healthy wines from sustainably farmed vineyards without additives makes them natural. Ensuring they have low sulfides reduces risk of histamine headaches. Not using any of the usual animal products qualifies them as vegan. ▲MORE ABOUT NATURAL WINES ASK A NATURAL WINES QUESTION
