Our friends in Italy take hand-harvested Adriatic Sea Salt, considered the "the caviar of salt” because of its rich flavor and soft, fluffy crystal structure, then add vibrant flavors increasing its flavor as well as its health benefits to make our three amazing salt condiment products, namely:

  • Truffle Cheese Salt takes the Truffle Salt and adds genuine Parmigiano-Reggiano from the Italian provinces of Reggio Emilia, Parma. Parmesan is known as the “King of Cheeses” and there are many imposters (Parmesan cheese) but they lack the deeply rich, nutty flavor of our genuine Parmigiano Reggiano.

  • Sicilian Salt is infused with the flavors of super fruit berries, and digestive-friendly herbs and spices like juniper, fennel, and cardamom to bring pleasant aromatics to your dishes.
