Adriatic Sea Salt (Fleur De Sel)

Salt is essential for human life. It also makes food taste fresh and exciting. However, not all salt is created equal and when our friends in Italy take one of the world's finest salts and add vibrant flavors they increase its flavor appeal as well as its health benefits.

Hand-harvested Adriatic Sea Salt is considered the "the caviar of salt” because of its rich flavor and soft, fluffy crystal structure. Using this salt as a base it's either mixed or infused with with healthy, flavorful additives to make our three amazing salt condiment products, namely:
  • Truffle Salt is mixed with dried, finely chopped Black Truffles harvested from the Abruzzi region of Italy. We only use real Italian truffles, no fake flavors so don't be fooled by false promises or low prices - we have been providing our Italian Truffle Salt for over ten years and have never found its equal.

  • Truffle Cheese Salt takes the Truffle Salt and adds genuine Parmigiano-Reggiano from the Italian provinces of Reggio Emilia, Parma. Parmesan is known as the “King of Cheeses” and there are many imposters (Parmesan cheese) but they lack the deeply rich, nutty flavor of our genuine Parmigiano Reggiano.

  • Sicilian Salt is infused with the flavors of super fruit berries, and digestive-friendly herbs and spices like juniper, fennel, and cardamom to bring pleasant aromatics to your dishes.
