A private, one-on-one lunch experience with the wine-maker at the estate vineyards for two to eight guests tasting a selection of our exquisite Reserve wines each paired with a dish specially created by our winery chefs.

The tasting is fun and informative with exceptional wines and plenty of palate pleasing food and wine pairings, an over-the-top experience designed for lovers and collectors of fine wine.

Meet Your Host

Australian, farmer, winemaker, author, software entrepreneur, Bill Williamson loves food and wine and has a devotion to quality over quantity in all aspects of his life.

Williamson Wines is an family-owned winery. When Bill and Dawn Williamson moved from Australia to Healdsburg California, the rolling hills and golden vineyards inspired Bill to continue his family tradition of handcrafting wine.

Thanks to the Williamson's practice of sustainable farming and limiting crop yields to ensure outstanding quality, wine production that started twenty years ago as simply one red and one white wine has now been driven by customer demand to a collection of over 45 unique wines.

Come enjoy an afternoon with Bill drinking fantastic wines paired with delicious dishes created by his own winery chefs. Throughout your experience, Bill will share his knowledge, stories and experiences in the wine industry and answer all your questions on wine, the philosophy of terroir, winemaking, aging wine and pairing wines with foods.

No one knows wines like their creator and Bill will make this a fun and educational experience.

  • This is a seated, indoor experience and includes wine and food service
  • Be sure to advise of any allergies or food preferences when booking
  • Allow a minimum of two hours for your tasting
  • Tasting fee: $245 per guest plus applicable tax
  • Wine Club Members receive their club allowance on their bookings
  • Guest numbers - minimum two, maximum eight - all over 21 years of age.
  • Tastings strictly by appointment at 12 noon exclusively.
  • Location: Williamson Wines Estate Vineyards, Dry Creek Valley Healdsburg
  • Wear comfortable smart casual wine country attire.
  • Please do not bring any outside food or drink.
  • Be sure to bring a fresh palate - don't go tasting elsewhere first.
  • Tasting fees are non-refundable with a 2 week cancellation policy
  • Unfortunately we cannot safely cater for children or pets at this property
