Caress Cuvee Blanc 2024
The lush style of our Cuvee Blanc is typical Southern Rhône in style. Caress is a California version of a Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc delivering a haunting, complex, long-lived white wine.
Aromatic and dry, the aroma is like a bouquet of flowers and the flavor is of freshly sliced white peach and lime making Caress a very food-friendly wine.
In the glass an inviting light gold color. On the nose a lovely fresh spring floral bouquet ending with a just a waft of honeysuckle.
In the mouth a nice hint of fruit flavor, perhaps white peach and honeydew melon.
This is a full-bodied white wine, typical of Southern Rhône in style. It's notes of lime and white peach makes Caress a very food-friendly wine.
Four beautiful white wines blended as a best-of-the-best cuvée to make an extremely unique white wine in the style of a Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc.
Some new French oak with the majority being neutral Burgundy barrels.
