Creole Crab Sliders
You can never go wrong with slider of any kind. To top it all off, this slider is made with delicious crab and it is extremely simple to make, what more could you want!
Ingredients
Blue Lump Crab Meat

1 pound
Butter Lettuce
·
1/2 head
Brioche Slider Buns
·

For Remoulade Aioli
·
Mayonnaise
·
1/2 cup
Ketchup
·
1/4 cup
Small diced shallot
·
1 tablespoon
Small diced poblano pepper
·
1 tablespoon
Small diced fennel
·
1 tablespoon
Chopped dill
·
1 tablespoon
Lemon, juiced and zested
·

Salt
·
1 teaspoon
Instructions
To build sliders, mix together blue lump crab meat with remoulade aioli.
Place crab salad mixture on bottom bun and top with butter lettuce and top slider bun.
To serve, use a 4” bamboo skewer to keep top bun and lettuce in place.
For Remoulade Aioli
In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and store in refrigerator.
