Chèvre Gouda HoneyBee is made in the Netherlands from pasteurized goat's milk, with a drizzle of fresh honey added to the pure goat milk to lock in those sticky undertones.

Aged in wax for six months, this cheese is full of flavor, but is neither too strong nor too salty.

Chèvre is the French word for goat, and Chèvre cheese is made entirely of goat's milk. Chèvre is more pronounced in flavor than cheese made with cow's milk, and is easily digested, a healthy alternative for persons with lactose intolerance.

Goat's milk is lower in fat and cholesterol than cow's milk, and higher in calcium and Vitamins A & B.
