Fiore di Capra

A cheese produced in Sardinia, exclusively from goat’s milk and goat rennet, compact and white with no eyes.

It has a very particular, naturally aromatic flavor with a slight hint of grass.

Its 90-day ageing period gives the cheese a sharp taste.

It has no additives or preservatives (other than a light sprinkling of sea salt).

It can be used either as a table cheese or for grating (when matured a little longer).
