Tasting Notes
The lush style of our Cuvee Blanc is an wonderful California example of a Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc style wine.
In the glass an inviting golden color. On the nose a lovely fresh spring floral bouquet ending with a just a waft of honeysuckle.
In the mouth a nice hint of fruit flavor, perhaps white peach and honeydew melon.
This is a full-bodied white wine, typical of Southern Rhône in style. It's notes of lime and white peach makes Caress a very food-friendly wine.

Only 320 cases produced.
Winemaker Notes
Three beautiful white wines blended to make a Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc style wine. This blend of 55% Viognier, 37% Roussanne and 8% Semillon is well proportioned so all the best flavor characteristics of each are revealed but non one dominates the palate.
Cooperage Notes
Some new French oak with the majority being neutral Burgundy barrels.
