It is with pride that we present Queen Bee Porcini - the winner in the Best American Cheese category at the 2021 World Cheese Awards in Oviedo, Spain.

A new cheese, only released earlier this year, Queen Bee Porcini achieved the highest possible rating during the judging.

Queen Bee Porcini was named Best American Cheese at the 2021 World Cheese Awards in Oviedo, Spain. A British judge on the panel described this cheese as "a rich, seductive, creamy texture with a round and warm flavor."

Described as a “savory cheddar fit for a queen,” the 2021 World Cheese Awards Super Gold-winning cheese has been hand-rubbed with “porcini mushroom dust” to “impart earthy, umami notes throughout the paste of the cheese.”

Cut a slice; place it in your mouth; chew once; then add a little Tantalize Mélange; and pray your head doesn't explode.

This outstanding cheese is cut and wrapped by cheese experts in our culinary team. Our cheese always ships expedited in an insulated package to ensure freshness.
