Crab & Apple Salad with Spicy Turmeric Dressing

Ingredients

  • Fresh Picked Crab Meat  ·  8 ounces 
  • Kosher salt  ·  1/2 teaspoon 
  • Creme Fraiche  ·  1/2 cup 
  • 1 tablespoon Herbie's Turmeric Seafood Rub  ·   
  • Zest and Juice of 1 Meyer Lemon  ·   
  • 1/2 cup Granny Smith Apple, cut in 1/8 inch dice  ·   
  • Edible Flowers for Garnish  ·   

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine crab, creme fraiche, Meyer lemon zest and juice, salt, Herbie's Turmeric Seafood Rub and diced apple, fold together ingredients with a spatula until just combined. Taste for seasoning and adjust accordingly.

Serve with edible flowers on Asian soup spoons, on crackers or crostini or in lettuce cups
