Crab & Apple Salad with Spicy Turmeric Dressing
Ingredients
Fresh Picked Crab Meat

Kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon
Creme Fraiche
·
1/2 cup
1 tablespoon Herbie's Turmeric Seafood Rub
·
Zest and Juice of 1 Meyer Lemon
·
1/2 cup Granny Smith Apple, cut in 1/8 inch dice
·
Edible Flowers for Garnish
·
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine crab, creme fraiche, Meyer lemon zest and juice, salt, Herbie's Turmeric Seafood Rub and diced apple, fold together ingredients with a spatula until just combined. Taste for seasoning and adjust accordingly.
Serve with edible flowers on Asian soup spoons, on crackers or crostini or in lettuce cups
