Zinfandel 2013Grown entirely on our estate century-old, dry-farmed vineyard, this wine is 100% Zinfandel. It is an exquisite representation of our world renowned appellation.
The 2013 year gave us a very fine vintage on the West Coast with optimal weather conditions throughout the growing season. The second high-quality bumper crop in a row. Our wines from 2013 have a strong structural presence, profoundly long-ageing, needing more time in bottle before being ready to enjoy.
Yoakim Bridge Petite Sirah 2018
Rains early in the 2018 year gave the vines a healthy start. Then a cool autumn allowed more prolonged ripening and delivered a vintage with slightly larger yields than 2017. The result across was this fine-quality wine with good ageing potential.
This dark-hued Petite is grown on the western bench of Dry Creek Valley. Inky dark with a fruity nose it expresses a slight mineral on the palate giving way to bold, dark fruit, like blueberries, blackberries and plums.
Yoakim Bridge Zinfandel 2017
Grown entirely on the estate's century old, dry-farmed vineyard and aged in a combination of French and American Oak, this exuberant vintage is eminently drinkable, with its bright bouquet of roses and cinnamon it shines with brilliant cherry-red clarity. Of medium weight with a lingering finish it is an elegant beauty.
High winter rainfall delayed the start of vineyard work until soils dried in late spring. Once underway, growth was vigorous, with abundant canopies supporting a strong early season followed by a series of summer heat spikes culminated in a significant heat surge in early September.
Ravish
Mélange
Ravish Mélange is a right bank Bordeaux-Style Red Wine blend created from our California vineyards originally inspired by the Pomerol wines of Château Pétrus.
Ravish is an exotic wine of medium to dark purple color. The nose is concentrated with ripe fruit, opulent, almost overripe black cherry and blackcurrant, liquorice, violet and truffle flavors leaving a ghostly vapor that seems to linger.
The decadent, full mouth feel is a treat of concentrated flavors like cherry, cranberry and spicy raspberry while still keeping its alcohol, tannins and acidity nicely in check, finishing with hints of soft caramel coffee or chocolate and distinguished by its amazing balance and length on the palate.
