We anticipate great satisfaction from this obvious “youngster” in the coming years. It is slightly off-dry with spicy notes of dark-berry fruit An elegant, bright, well-structured and supremely delicious wine.
Our Zinfandel shows most generously when poured, (not necessarily decanted), an hour or two before drinking. You can enjoy it with many meat and cheese dishes that are not overly seasoned. It pairs especially well with turkey, duck, ham and mild sausages.
Should you find yourselves with a few bottles next summer you scored the perfect accompaniment to an enjoyable afternoon on the porch or in the garden!
Grown entirely on our estate eighty year old-vine, dry-farmed vineyard, this wine is 100% Zinfandel. It is an exquisite representation of our world renowned appellation.
