Chicken BBQ & Roast Rub
The all-natural tasty rub mix will enhance all forms of chicken.
Rub a whole chicken lightly with Dawn Olive Oil and rub approximately 1 Tablespoon of Chicken BBQ rub over the skin. Roast at 200 C until done, time will depend on the size of the chicken.
Mix 1 Tablespoon Chicken BBQ Rub with 1/2 cup cooked and drained quinoa. Dip chicken tenderloins in flour, beaten egg, then quinoa and fry in hot oil until coating is crisp and brown. Drain well before serving.
