Incredibly simple and tasty these chicken wings have crisp salty skin seasoned to perfection with a hint of garlic and lemon pepper in every bite, with no marinating required!
Ingredients
chicken wings split into flats and drummettes

1 pound
Herbie's Chicken BBQ & Roast Rub

3 tablespoons
olive oil
·
3 tablespoons
green onions, sliced (optional)

2 tablespoons
Instructions
Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels and place in a large mixing bowl.
Toss them with 2 of the 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
Then toss them with 2 of the 3 tablespoons of Herbie's Chicken BBQ & Roast Rub.
Using Oven Bake
Cook them in a pre-heated, 450°F oven for 30 mins.
Using Air Fryer
Place on air frying basket, spacing evenly and air fry at 400˚F for 8 minutes per side, a total of 16 minutes, or until chicken wings are crisp and golden brown on the outside.
Finish
Remove and toss with another 1 tablespoon of olive oil and the last tablespoon of Herbie's Chicken BBQ & Roast Rub.
Season with salt and pepper
Garnish with 2 tablespoons of sliced green onions and serve.
Jenny's Tip: - Cook time - Air Fryer~16 minutes, Oven Bake ~30 minutes. Either way they come out amazing.
