2016 Vintage – A Balance of Elegance & Structure

The summer of 2016 brought steady temperatures and ideal growing conditions, followed by a cooler September that eased harvest pressure and enhanced the refinement and structure of our red varieties.

Each vineyard plot was fermented separately in five-ton, temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, preserving the unique terroir expression of the grapes.

Meticulous Ageing Process

  • After alcoholic fermentation, wines were carefully tasted before being moved to barrels.
  • The 20-month ageing process included regular racking to naturally clarify the wines—keeping them vegan-friendly with no fining agents used.
  • Over 12 months in barrel, each wine developed complexity before blending took place.
  • The final blend was then returned to barrel for an additional 8 months, allowing flavors to seamlessly integrate into a wine of depth, elegance, and character.

This thoughtful process ensures that every bottle reflects the authenticity of the vintage, with beautifully balanced flavors and a lasting finish.
French Oak for 22 months, approximately 40% new, 40% one use and the balance neutral.
Only 187 cases were produced and no allergens were used in the making of this wine.
