Tantalize
Tantalize is a Bordeaux-style blend inspired by Bill wanting something a little different.
"I want something a little more individual - I want a wine that will will tease my taste buds, tormenting them by presenting something desirable and only keeping it available for a short time - something to tantalize."
Decant for one hour or more. Serving temperature: 65°F
There are only five First Growth wines of Bordeaux and we have made homages to them all in our reserve wines but there is a multitude of beautiful left and right bank wines in second and subsequent levels so every year we will make a wine to honor one of them.
Each year Tantalize is a different Bordeaux blend vaguely inspired by a significant Bordeaux wine so it is only available until sold out, tantalizing taste buds and availability.
