Spice Club - December 2023


Over a decade has passed since members asked us to create a spice club to add a little extra flavor to recipes paired with our wines and so here are the spices our chefs have been using for our latest Spice Club and Recipes.

Green Curry Spice Mix

A spicy, tangy, fresh-tasting blend of spices that makes a characteristic mild Thai green curry, perfect for fish or chicken.

Using any curry paste out of a jar will not compare with the freshness of Herbie’s Green Curry Spice Mix. Also delicious sprinkled into stir-frys while cooking in a wok.

Now home is where you will always want to cook Thai cuisine.


Bagel Sprinkle

An all-natural crunchy, tasty blend of seed spices, salt and garlic to compliment breads, vegetables, salads and roasted meats.

Try Bagel Avocado Toast topped with cream cheese, avocado, and Bagel Sprinkle - perfect for when you are craving a bagel, and you get the best of both worlds, a bagel and avocado toast!


Harissa Spice Blend

Moroccans invented Harissa and Herbie’s blended fresh, pure spices, chili, garlic, cumin and coriander, to create a flavorful seasoning perfect for roasting and grilling.

Absolutely addictive, Herbie's Harissa is mild with just enough kick, sweet, smoky, and a little bit tangy to make the perfect harissa: not too hot or overly spiced.


Tasty Meat Sprinkle

Shish kabobs are the ultimate summer grilling recipe. Juicy and tender cubes of your favorite meat soaked with lemon juice and Herbie's Shish Kebab spice mix, then threaded on skewers with onion, bell peppers, and mushrooms or any fresh summer veggies before being tossed on a hot grill for a quick 15 minutes until perfectly browned, delicious and healthy!
