Vegetable Curry

A beautiful and complex spice base to create a mild yet tasty curry blend developed specially for vegetable and fish curry.

Herbie developed this special vegetable curry for vegetarians and lighter fare like fish, anyone who wants a full-flavored curry without the chili heat. This very tasty, yet mild curry is also ideal with seafood. 


Aussie Fish Seasoning

Aussie Fish Seasoning is a perfect blend of fresh, aromatic herbs with gentle spice to complement any fish dish. Delicious on seafood including tuna, swordfish or salmon steaks. Rub directly onto fish fillets or whole fish before grilling, roasting, or pan-searing.

Fresh, citrusy, and herbal with just enough spice to enhance any fish but not overwhelm.


Bushman's Pepper Pot

A peppery, crunchy blend of aromatic, peppery and warming spices enhancing the flavor of all meats and vegetables.

Throw away those "everyday seasonings" or "pit master rubs" because Bushman's Pepper Pot is simple, quick and gives an amazing taste boost for your steak or chicken dishes.


Chermoula Spice Mix

Chermoula is a North African spice blend with a zesty Moroccan flavor. Traditionally used to flavor fish, it also pairs beautifully with grilled, barbecued and roasted meat such as chicken and lamb, as well as vegetables and grains.
