Peri Peri Spice Blend

A vibrant, spicy blend rooted in Portuguese culinary traditions, Peri Peri delivers a lively balance of heat, citrus, and aromatic herbs.

Herbie developed this Peri Peri spice blend to season chicken and red meats but we have also used it in a rich and creamy soup combining sweet corn with savory cheddar cheese for a comforting and satisfying dish.


Crusting Mix

Add a deep, full-bodied taste to grilled, barbecued and roasted meats without too much hot spiciness. This is a full-flavored spice blend without the heat of chili.
