Cherish Melange 2014

Cherish, a Right Bank style red wine blend (Mélange) created from our Napa vineyards and inspired by Château Cheval Blanc. The beautiful light ruby-red color is deep and intense. The first impression on the nose is of ripe red fruit (cherry, and blackcurrant), giving way to fresh, aromatic hints of rose petals and violet. A chocolate nuance appears with aeration.


Virtual Tasting ?

Shelter-in-Place, while protecting our families from the dreaded covid virus, has devastated wine tourism. Once you are free of the stay-at-home orders please come visit us in Healdsburg or order a few extra bottles shipped to celebrate life back at home. Better still - what about a Private Virtual Tasting with Bill? ( more info . . . )


May Pickup Parties

Shelter-in-place means our regular May Pickup Parties need to be moved so we have selected July 4 to start them up again. What an appropriate day to celebrate America's return to normal so click here to book your favorite pickup party day in July and we will manage the social distancing requirements of that time.


Curbside Wine Pickup

Want to pickup your wine before May? Our tasting room at 134 Matheson is providing curbside pickup service so just call 707-433-1500 or email here to tell us when you would like to drop by to pickup a few drops of the good stuff. If you pickup early you can still come to one of the July pickup parties.

Standish The Relic Shiraz 2017

We have bagged the big one here! Our old pal Dan Standish, a 6th generation Barossan winemaker says "this 2017 vintage carries an elegance akin to a Northern Rhone offering" and his legendary "Relic" Shiraz is a result, scoring 94 points from Nick Stock for JamesSuckling.com.

We were lucky enough to have dinner with Dan and while drinking a couple of wines we secured a few cases of this wine for Bill's Cellar. Enjoy it alone - it's just too good to share.

Healdsburg ~ Fire Update

We are very happy to announce that our staff, friends and family in Healdsburg are settled back home. Thank you so much to everyone for the support and well wishes over the last week. Every phone call, email, text and message from all over the world was appreciated, helping us through crazy times by realizing how many people love us and what we do.

A massive thank you is in order for all of the first responders who did such a great job in protecting our city! There were times last week where the city seemed almost doomed, but with the community evacuated the fire fighters made an incredible stand even with wind gusts of over 100 mph. Truly impressive - thank you!

Now that the ash is gone we invite everyone in to come and see us starting this Sunday, November 3rd. We will be open for normal tastings at the 134 Matheson location from 11 am to 7 pm. We will also offer half off wines-by-the-glass for our members at the new Bill's Cellar location at 20 Matheson through next Friday.

Please come see us soon and we look forward to having a glass with you!

Sam & Bill - Dinner at NASA

We all remember where we were that day . . .

This week Sam and Bill had the unique opportunity to join several Apollo astronauts along with other notable guests for dinner at Kennedy Space Center in Florida.

At dinner we toasted with the astronauts using Williamson Wines Fizz which all agreed was "out of this world!"

Seduce Reserve 2013

We are sharing Bill's latest personal cellar wine with you in this shipment. Bill decided to create this special reserve wine for his own personal cellar. Normally priced at $265 per bottle and limited to one bottle per wine club member, for this shipment we have reduced the price to $125 in place of your normal member discount.


Special Pricing Notification


We commit to our club members an average price per shipment. If we decide to include a more expensive wine we reduce its price to fit with our published average shipment price. Your club discount is then applied to the new lower price for the shipped wine. Once the club shipments are complete the wine reverts to its original price.

In this shipment the Amourette Chardonnay was lowered from $55 to $45 per bottle and the Tango Malbec was lowered from $85 to $65 per bottle then your club discount was applied to the lower price.
