Cheese Club ~ December 2025

CHEESE CLUB GENERIC HEADER

Four handcrafted cheese selections chosen to pair with the wines of December 2025.

Queen Bee Porcini Cheddar

Rich, earthy porcini amplifies the cheese's natural savoriness, creating layers of buttery, umami-packed complexity.

Jenny's Tip: - Cheese boards, pasta, stews, pastries or just nibbling - this cheese is so versatile and delicious that you'll just want to enjoy it.

Wild Morel & Leek Jack

A Monterey Jack-style cheese with wild morels and leeks, made from pasteurized cow milk, it’s delicious!…and not easy to find.

Jenny's Tip: - Slice for sandwiches or eat with a tasty cracker, this cheese's earthy flavor from the morel mushrooms is an excellent compliment to the creamy flavor and texture of the Monterey Jack.

Pecorino Con Pistacchio

A Sicilian sheep’s milk cheese elegantly blended with vibrant green Sililian pistachios. Rich and savory with a gentle nuttiness offering a perfect balance of salt and sweetness.

Jenny's Tip: - Slice thinly as part of an antipasto board. Serve with honey or fig jam to balance its saltiness.

Dirt Lover

Dirt Lover is a creamy sheep’s milk bloomy-rind cheese dusted with vegetable ash and winner of the ACS 1st Place “Original Recipe” award for four consecutive years.

Jenny's Tip: - Pairs wonderfully with dried apricots. For a fresh take, try it in a salad with citrus segments, walnuts, fennel, and a simple vinaigrette.
