Enchant Trinity 2023

Enchant Trinity is a deeply delicious blend inspired by the wines of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, bringing together Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre.

This wine is lush, fruit-driven and approachable in youth, yet structured enough to develop additional complexity with short-term cellaring. Perfect with roasted or grilled meats, hearty stews, Mediterranean dishes, or even a rustic pizza or charcuterie board.

Enchant - A California Rhône with a French soul.

Appearance: Deep ruby with garnet highlights, hinting at both ripeness and subtle earthiness.

Aromas: The nose is vibrant and inviting, bursting with red fruit—ripe raspberry, strawberry, and cherry—interwoven with savory herbs (thyme, rosemary), dried florals, and a whisper of spice. Hints of white pepper, leather, and warm baking spice add complexity.

Palate: Rich, supple, and layered, the Grenache core provides juicy red fruit and a silky texture. Supporting Syrah and Mourvèdre contribute depth, structure, and dark spice, along with gentle tannins and a touch of earthy minerality. The wine is balanced, medium to full-bodied, and expressive without being heavy.

Finish: Long and elegant, with lingering notes of red berries, pepper, and subtle dried herbs.

Our 2023 wine vintage is being hailed as exceptional, potentially one of the best in recent memory, due to a combination of a long, cool growing season and ideal weather conditions allowing grapes to ripen slowly in balanced conditions. This resulted in plush, concentrated flavors, deep color, freshness,and strong tannic structure—ideal for long-lived wines.

In our Enchant Trinity 2023, Grenache leads with vibrant notes of raspberry, strawberry and spice. Syrah adds richness, blackberry depth and a touch of pepper. Mourvèdre rounds out the trio with earthy undertones, savory complexity, and structure.

French Oak for 22 months, approximately 40% new, 40% one use and the balance neutral.
Only 965 cases produced. No allergens or animal products were used in the making of this wine.
