Sparkling, Rosé & Esoteric Wines
Before and after dinner are times for special wines. A light, sparkling wine like Champagne will wash away the cares of the day and prepare the palate for the dinner ahead. Once dinner and its red wines are finished it's time for the cheese or dessert plates and an appropriate after-dinner wine.
Fizz Sparkling White Wine Fizz . . .

Amuse Barrel Selection Amuse . . .

Arouse is a Mélange or blended wine made with full-bodied Stagecoach Malbec, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon then augmented by Estate Merlot, all designed to push the flavors of Bordeaux and Mendoza to the limit with a distinctly Bill twist.
