A quick and easy breakfast that is also a delicious pick-me-up.
Begin by toasting your bread. While the bread is toasting, spray a small skillet with non stick spray and crack the egg over the heated pan, being careful not to break the yolk.
While the egg is cooking, carefully spread the hummus on the slice of toast
Once the egg is cooked on one side, sprinkle with Korean Red Pepper Flakes and flip over, cooking for only about 30 seconds on the other side. You can always add other toppings such as tomato and avocado slices.
Once fried, carefully flip the egg back over and place on toast.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve and enjoy with a chilled Adore Rose.
