Instructions

A coastal-inspired pasta dish that brings together succulent shrimp, aromatic garlic, and the unmistakable savory spice of Herbies Bay seasoning. Tossed with tender pasta in a light garlic-butter sauce, this dish delivers a perfect balance of seafood sweetness, herbaceous spice, and rich, comforting flavors.

Light yet satisfying, it pairs beautifully with a chilled glass of our Reserve Chardonnay.

  1. Boil a large pot of water for the pasta. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package until al-dente. Then drain and reserve. Make sure to reserve 1 cup of the pasta water before draining the pasta for later use.
  2. Add the shrimp to a medium bowl and season with Herbie's Bay Seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss until the shrimp are fully coated with the spices.
  3. Heat a skillet or large pan over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of the butter and Williamson Wines Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Once the butter melts, add the shrimp and cook for 1 minute, then flip each one. Continue to cook the shrimp until it’s no longer translucent. (Cook in batches if you are worried about over cooking the shrimp). Remove the cooked shrimp onto a plate and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, melt the remaining 1/2 tablespoon of butter over medium low heat then add the garlic, cook for 30 seconds or until it’s fragrant then add the heavy cream and deglaze the pan. Bring the cream sauce to a simmer, season with more of Herbies Bay Seasoning and continue to simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Add the parmesan cheese, let it melt then loosen the sauce with the cup of reserved pasta water, turn the heat up and allow to simmer for a minute until the sauce tightens up and you are happy with the consistency. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt.
  6. Remove from the heat and finish by adding the cooked pasta, chopped parsley, and Herbie's White Pepper ground to the pan; toss until all the pasta is evenly coated with the sauce.
