It's just not a party without a platter of sliders so Chef Kyle whipped up an astounding recipe for steak sliders with Bill's steak rub, blue cheese crumbles, tarragon aioli and red onion marmalade that's a perfect finger-licking dish!
In a medium saute or cast-iron pan, heat 1 tablespoon canola oil on high heat.
Generously season NY striploins on all sides with 1 tablespoon salt and Bill’s Steak Rub.
Add steaks to pan and lower heat to medium high. Sear steaks in pan until steak caramelizes and crust forms, 8-10 minutes.
Carefully flip steaks and continue to cook for 3-5 minutes.
Remove from pan and allow to rest for 8-10 minutes.
Toast slider buns lightly and slice cooled steak length wise 1/4” thick.
To build, spoon red onion marmalade on bottom bun.
