Tarragon Aioli

This creamy tarragon aioli is like a more elegant cousin to tartar sauce with its herby flavor from fresh tarragon, brightness from the lemon and a hint of heat from the shallot.

Ingredients

  • Chopped Tarragon  ·  1 tablespoon 
  • Lemon Zested  ·  1 whole 
  • Small Diced Shallot  ·  1 tablespoon 
  • Mayonnaise  ·  1 & 1/2 cup 

Instructions

To make the tarragon aioli, combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
