Jaggery is a colorful, tasty, and a healthy sweetener. Produced by reducing sugar cane juice, the flavor is like soft brown sugar.
Jaggery is a concentrated product of cane juice without separation of the molasses and crystals. Rich in fiber and mineral content Jaggery releases energy to the body slowly, cleaning the respiratory tract and cooling the body.

Jaggery Chai Tea
- Place the water for boiling.
- Add the jaggery,ginger and cardamom powder.
- When the jaggery dissolves, add the tea leaves.
- Let it come to a boil.
- Add the milk.
- Allow it to boil.
- Remove from flame.
- Using a tea filter/sieve, filter and discard the solids.
