TOUR OPERATORS
For Tour Operators, Drivers & Itinerary Planners
A Good Day in Wine Country
Good wine. Real food. Guests who are glad you brought them.
A visit earns its place in the itinerary: wines with character, food worth sitting down for and hosts who help the day run smoothly.
Whether you plan complete wine-country tours or occasionally bring visitors between stops, we would be pleased to welcome you and your guests to Williamson. Choose downtown Healdsburg or the vineyards of Yoakim Bridge Estate. Dawn or Jenny will help you arrange the visit.
Working Together
Five Commitments to Our Tour Partners
-
Come and taste for yourself.
It is easier to recommend a tasting or lunch experience when you have enjoyed it yourself. Recognized tour drivers and itinerary planners are welcome to visit with a partner for a focused food-and-wine experience. Call Dawn or Jenny first so we can arrange your visit and answer your questions.
-
One conversation to plan the visit.
Dawn or Jenny will work directly with you to confirm the experience, price, group size, duration and food requirements. You will know who to contact and what your guests can expect.
-
Give your guests something distinctive.
Our wines are only available directly from Williamson, never through stores or restaurants. Your guests can discover wines they may not have encountered before, paired with food prepared by our winery chefs. We have been welcoming guests for food-and-wine experiences for twenty-five years, with over 1,500 five-star guest reviews across Google, Yelp and Tripadvisor.
-
A welcome for the driver, too.
Parking, water and restroom access are provided for tour operators. Ask Dawn or Jenny about a comfortable waiting place, Wi-Fi, coffee, nonalcoholic refreshments and a meal or snack when arranging your visit.
-
Respect the rest of your day.
We confirm the planned duration, arrival and pickup arrangements so the stop fits your itinerary. If the visit runs late, we keep you informed.

A Little Planning Makes a Better Visit
Booking an Experience
We welcome individual guests and groups. Contact Dawn or Jenny with your preferred date, location, experience and party size so we can confirm availability and plan the perfect visit.
Tell us about allergies and dietary requests when booking so our culinary team can confirm what can be accommodated. For groups, agree the arrangements before finalizing your itinerary.
The price of the experience is payable at the time of booking. Choose either payment method:
- Guest direct payment. Guests purchase their experience with their own credit card when the reservation is made.
- Tour operator payment. The operator purchases the experience for their guests when making the reservation.
Bringing Guests Without a Reservation?
Walk-ins are welcome for available wine-and-cheese tastings and Happy Hour. Our associate will explain the choices, confirm seating and arrange payment before the experience begins.
Icon Wine & Food Pairing, lunches and dinners require advance reservations. A quick call before bringing guests gives us the best chance to welcome them comfortably.
