Weekdays, as the afternoon softens into evening, Bill’s Cellar opens its doors for a relaxed glass of Williamson wine and something savory from the kitchen.

We pour a changing selection of wines chosen for the day, served with thoughtfully prepared bites. The menu may bring hot buttered truffle popcorn, kitchen barbecue chips, a chicken slider or a proper smashburger—good food made for the wine and the pleasure of lingering.

Walk-ins are welcome when seating permits. A quick reservation is recommended if you would like us to have a comfortable seat waiting.
