Here are the four flavorful artisanal, handcrafted cheese selections that we have chosen to pair with the wines of December 2024.

Fennel Blue

Fennel Blue has a mild blue pungency with a hint of fennel sweetness while showcasing the beautiful earthy & umami flavors of Bay Blue.

Jenny's Tip: - Enjoy with a Williamson Bordeaux blend, crumbled on top of a salad, or over your favorite pasta dish.


Cavatina

Cavatina is a soft, matured cheese made from pasteurized goat's milk. It has a soft, milky and clean flavor, reminiscent of butter with a slightly acidic and salty finish.

Jenny's Tip: - Beautiful on a cheese plate, a definite crowd pleaser or for when you're alone, great for melting on toasted sandwiches.


Godminster Star

This deliciously smooth and creamy award-winning organic cheddar in the shape of a star makes the perfect companion to a cheeseboard to follow a sumptuous dinner with friends.

Jenny's Tip: - Beautiful as a centerpiece on your cheese board for everyone to enjoy as well as a perfect cheese just for your own alone times.


Le Pico

This goat “Camembert” leans toward the milder side but is full of buttery, slightly mushroomy and earthy flavors with a light tang. With it's creamy surface and a firm, melty center, this little one will not disappoint.

Jenny's Tip: - Great on a cheeseboard, it can also be served as an aperitif snack or as an ingredient in a prepared dish.
