The essential ingredients for a BLT are bacon, lettuce, tomato and bread. Just like making wine the final product will only be as good as the ingredients so use good bacon, fresh tomato, bakery sourdough bread and a real, good quality mayonnaise!
Pre heat oven to 400 degrees
In a small mixing bowl combine Herbie's Greek Seasoning and the mayo. Mix until well combined and reserve.
Lay the bacon out on a cookie sheet and bake in the oven at 400 degrees until crispy, about 15min. Remove from the cookie sheet and drain on paper towels.
In a medium saute pan melt the butter over med heat. Then add the slices of bread and toast on one side. Repeat the process for each sandwich that you desire to make.
To assemble: Spread the aioli with the greek seasoning on each un toasted side of the bread; followed by the bacon, tomato, and then lettuce.
