Whisk together the first 6 ingredients.
Place the pork in a ziplock bag and pour in marinade. Marinate overnight or at least 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Remove the pork from the marinade and set marinade aside.
Sear pork in a heavy bottomed saute pan or cast iron skillet.
Transfer to a foil lined sheet pan and roast until pork reaches an internal temperature of 130 degrees, about 10-15 minutes depending on the thickness of the pork. Let rest 10 minutes.
Meanwhile put remaining marinade in a saucepot and reduce down to a sticky glaze that can coat the back of a spoon.
Slice pork and drizzle with the glaze.
