Cauliflower Florets - Turmeric & Ginger

Comforting yet vibrant, this flavorful preparation transforms humble cauliflower into a beautifully balanced dish with depth, color, and a touch of exotic warmth.

Ingredients

  • small Cauliflower - Cut into florets  ·  1 
  • Herbies Turmeric, Alleppy, ground  ·  1 teaspoon 
  • Williamson Wines Sicilian Salt  ·  1/2 teaspoon 
  • Herbies Ginger, ground  ·  1/2 teaspoon 
  • Williamson Extra Virgin Olive Oil  ·  3 tablespoons 
  • Herbies Garlic Powder Granulated  ·  1/2 teaspoon 
  • Herbies Curry Powder Mild Madras Style  ·  1/2 teaspoon 

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F
  2. Line a large baking sheet with baking paper and place the cauliflower on the baking tray. Arrange the florets so that they are evenly spread out and the cut parts of the cauliflower are face down.
  3. In small bowl, add the oil, salt and spices and mix.
  4. Toss with the oil mixture. Keep mixing until all the florets are covered.
  5. Roast until lightly browned (around 30 mins). Half way through cooking, move the florets around so they are evenly cooked. Use a fork to check if the cauliflower is done, it should easily pierce the cauliflower

Jenny's Tip: - Serve cauliflower along with a dip like Greek Yoghurt.
