Andouille Sausage Skewer
Take your side dish to the next level with this easy but yet delicious, Andouille Sausage Skewer. With a blast of fresh flavors, it will compliment any summer dish perfectly.

Bamboo Skewers

Cajun Style Andouille Sausage, large diced

12 ounces
Green Bell Peppers, large diced
·
2 cups
Pineapple, large diced
·
2 cups
Red Onion, large diced
·
2 cups
Wildflower Honey
·
1 cup
Herbie's Cajun Spice
·
2 tablespoons
Apple Cider Vinegar
·
1 tablespoon
Instructions
While cutting vegetables and sausage, soak the bamboo skewers in cold water for 45 minutes.
Preheat grill on medium-high heat.
Build skewers with 2 pieces of each vegetable and sausage.
Season with salt and pepper and begin to char on grill with grill lid open.
Mix together honey, Herbie’s Cajun Spice, and apple cider vinegar in a small mixing bowl.
Once finished grilling, place on platter and drizzle blackened honey over skewers and serve.
