An incredibly rich and complex Zinfandel Barbecue Sauce!

The combination of our own Yoakim Bridge Zinfandel, raspberries, tomatoes, and chocolate creates a beautiful balance of fruitiness, acidity, umami, and a hint of bitterness — perfect as a finishing sauce.

Chef Virginia has served the sauce over baby back ribs, salmon, whole roasted pig, shrimp wrapped in bacon and Costco meatballs. "I've even had vegetarians in Berkeley swear by it over tofu," she said.
