Turmeric Seafood Rub
Turmeric is well known as a a wonderful spice to complement to seafood along with ginger & pepper.
Turmeric is found in many seafood recipes, as it has the ability to reduce the overly “fishy” ammonia-like notes often detected in seafood.
Simply rub the spice blend (with a little salt to taste) on fish such as ling, before pan-frying, grilling or barbecueing.
Alleppey turmeric, ginger, curry leaf, chili flakes, kaffir lime leaf, black pepper, amchur (mango powder), asafoetida powder, green cardamom seed.
