Stilton with Mango & Ginger

The fruitiness of the mango and the gentle warmth of the ginger come together to offer a delightful and uniquely spiced flavor experience.

Jenny's Tip: - Made with fresh milk cream from contented English cows and complemented by the vibrant mango and ginger from Australia, Stilton with Mango & Ginger is a truly perfect pairing for our white wines.


Cheddar Gruyere Chipotle Garlic

A unique Cheddar Gruyere cheese combined with a blend of chipotle chili peppers and roasted garlic. A rich spice flavor combined with a mellow roasted garlic note that work perfectly with the sweet nuttiness of the cheese.

Jenny's Tip: - A blend of Cheddar and Gruyere, rich and melty, perfect for baking. Ideal shredded over chicken or steak fajitas for a flavorful finish!


Pecorino di Moliterno al tartufo

Pecorino Moliterno Cheese with Black Truffle is semi-hard and is made from sheep's milk. This delicacy comes from the Italian island of Sardinia. It developed its own character from the rich black truffle flakes.

Jenny's Tip: - A semi-hard cheese that shines on a charcuterie board with cured meats, grates beautifully or as a refined choice for an after-dinner treat.


Cabra Romero

A semisoft goats milk cheese, creamy and silky smooth with a very clean finish with hints of rosemary brightening the overall flavor.
