Place 4 sheets of gelatin in a plastic container with ice water to bloom for 10 minutes then remove from water.
In medium sauce pot, heat milk, heavy cream, sugar and vanilla bean to a gentle simmer.
Add gelatin and whisk until dissolved.
Allow to cool off heat for 5-10 minutes.
Slowly whisk in yogurt and strain using a fine mesh strainer into 3 oz ramekins.
Place in refrigerator for minimum 4-6 hours until set.
