Thai Spiced Shrimp
This succulent shrimp dish is quick to make with a surprisingly refreshing flavor.
Ingredients
Wild Caught Shrimp, peeled and deveined

Sesame oil

Herbies Thai Spice Mix

2 tablespoons
Mini sweet peppers

English cucumber, seeded and sliced diagonally

Rice wine vinegar
·
1/4 cup
Honey
·
1/4 cup
Maldon salt for garnish
·
Chile Oil for garnish

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Toss shrimp with sesame oil and Thai spice. Spread shrimp on a parchment lined baking sheet an cook 4 minutes. Chill shrimp.
Meanwhile whisk together honey and rice wine vinegar.
Right before serving toss cucumbers and peppers with the honey vinegar mixture and top with the chilled shrimp.
Garnish with Maldon sea salt and Chili oil.
