Sprinkle over stir-fries while cooking, or mix into minced seafood for deliciously fragrant fish cakes.

Make Tom Yum Soup - add 1 teaspoon Herbie's Spices Thai Spice Mix to 1 teaspoon soy sauce and ½ teaspoon fish sauce per cup of water. Add desired amount of raw prawns and instant noodles. Simmer until prawns are cooked and serve.

Make a Thai Green Curry -  stir-fry 500g of chicken and vegetables with 2 teaspoons Thai Spice Mix. Just before serving add enough coconut milk to achieve desired consistency and serve with steamed rice.
