Spicy Chipotle Beef & Macaroni

Added to this mac and cheese recipe, the chipotle brings a spicy pop to this favorite side dish.


  • Macaroni  ·  1 pound 
  • Ground Beef  ·  1 pound 
  • Onion, chopped  ·  1 cup 
  • Water or Beef Stock  ·  ¼ cup 
  • Tomato Soup  ·  1 can 
  • Irish Cheddar Cheese, Shredded  ·  1 ½ cups 
  • Spicy Chipotle Sauce  ·  ½ cup 
  • Salt & Pepper to taste  ·   


Cook macaroni and set aside.  

In a large pot, season the ground beef with salt & pepper and begin to brown.  

Add the onions and continue to brown the beef and cook onions until onions are translucent.  

Mix in the tomato soup and water and simmer for 3-4 minutes.  

Add Spicy chipotle Garnishing Sauce a few tablespoons at a time until you have reached your desired level of spiciness.  

Finally, add the cooked macaroni pasta and cheddar cheese into meat mixture, mix together well and cook for 2 – 3 minutes.  

Serve immediately with Williamson Tango MALBEC..
