Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese

Crunchy Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese Log delicious with crackers.

Ingredients

  • full fat Philadelphia cream cheese  ·  5 ounces 
  • slices smoked salmon (approx 70g), finely chopped  ·  5 ounces 
  • chives, trimmed and cut into 1 inch lengths  ·  6 
  • lemon juice  ·  1 tablespoon 
  • Herbie’s Crunchy Salad Sprinkle  ·  1/4 cup 

Instructions

Mix cream cheese, salmon, chives and lemon juice in a bowl adding 1 tbsp of the salad sprinkle.

Using your hands (this can get a bit messy) make the mixture into a log shape then roll in remaining salad sprinkle.

Lay out a square of cling film and place the log in the center and wrap tightly.

Serve immediately with Chantilly Chardonnay or refrigerate if the cream cheese has softened and needs to firm up. Will keep in the fridge for up to 1 week.
