Flaked King Salmon Salad

A simple salad of lean, omega-rich fish, this salmon salad recipe makes a wonderful fresh dish with a little tangy sesame-ginger dressing.

Ingredients

  • 4 each Portion King Salmon  ·  3 ounces 
  • Shelled Edamame  ·  1/2 cup 
  • Baby Bok Choy, thinly sliced  ·  2 stalks 
  • Shredded Carrot  ·  1/4 cup 
  • Herbie's Furikake Japanese Seasoning  ·  1 tablespoon 
  • Sesame Ginger Dressing  ·  1/2 cup 

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375F.

Lay salmon on non-stick baking pan and season generously with salt and black pepper.

Bake in oven for 15-17 minutes until cooked through.

Remove from oven, sprinkle the Herbie’s Furikake seasoning and allow to rest for 8-10 minutes until cool.

While salmon is cooling, make your Sesame-Ginger dressing.

To serve, toss bok choy, shredded carrot and edamame with the dressing and lightly season with salt and black pepper.

Gently pull apart salmon into large pieces and place on top of salad. To add texture and crunch, add crispy wonton strips.
