BBQ Chicken Wings

Anyone who invents a four-winged chicken is going to make some big bucks. Chicken wings combine just the perfect amount of bone, meat, fat and skin. Nothing else is quite as good over the open flame.

Ingredients

  • Chicken Wings  ·  3 pounds 
  • Soy Sauce  ·  ½ cup 
  • Brown Sugar  ·  ⅓ cup 
  • Sesame Oil  ·  2 tablespoons 
  • Minced Garlic  ·  3 cloves 
  • Chopped Green Onions  ·  3 whole 
  • Toasted Sesame Seeds  ·  2 tablespoons 
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste  · 

Instructions

Rinse and dry wings. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl, stirring until th brown sugar is fully dissolved. Add the wings to the bowl of other ingredients. Refrigerate the wings overnight or for more than 4 hours.

Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a backing sheet with foil, brush the baking sheet with olive oil and spread the chicken wings over it. Bake the wings for 20 Minutes, turn them, and bake for 20 more minutes or until the meat is no longer pink.

Grill: Heat the grill on medium low. Cook the wings, covered, on indirect heat for 10 to 15 minuets on each side, or until they are no longer pink.

Added Preparation: To make your meal more presentable to friends and family, serve with more chopped green onions and a shake of sesame seeds!
