Bagel Avocado Toast

Don’t always keep bagels in the house? Who does? - but we always have bread, so this avocado toast is perfect for when you are craving a bagel, and you get the best of both worlds, a bagel and avocado toast!

Ingredients

  • Sourdough bread, slices  ·  4 
  • cream cheese  ·  3 tablespoons 
  • avocado, sliced  ·  1 
  • avocado, mashed  ·  1 
  • Herbies Bagel Sprinkle  ·  2 tablespoons 
  • Sourdough bread, slices  ·  4 

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread. You can use whole wheat, sourdough, white bread, or even gluten-free bread. Use your favorite!
  2. Spread cream cheese evenly on slices of bread.
  3. Mash half of the avocado and place mashed avocado evenly on slices of bread.
  4. Slice the other half of the avocado and place slices on top.
  5. Sprinkle with Bagel Sprinkle and eat immediately.

Jenny's Tip: - If you want to mix things up, you can add any of these to the avocado toast: - Eggs; Tomatoes; Smoked salmon; Bacon; Pickled Red Onions; even a few dashes of hot sauce - Yum!
