Bacon Wrapped Scallops
Bacon Wrapped Scallops, tender, juicy perfection; elegant enough for a dinner party or a romantic dinner for two and easy to prepare in the oven or Air Fryer.
Ingredients
- Garlic butter · 2 tablespoons
- slices maple bacon (cut in half) · 6
- sea scallops · 12
- toothpicks · 12
- Truffle Cheese Salt · 2 tablespoons
- Hot Pepper Bacon Jam · 6 tablespoons
- diagonally sliced crostini · 12
Instructions
- Wrap the scallops tightly in a piece of bacon and use a toothpick to hold each together.
- Spread garlic butter on crostini.
- Bake scallops and garlic crostini in separate baking dishes at 400°F until desired crispness of bacon and until the bread is golden brown. Top with Truffle Cheese Salt until melted.
- Place 1 teaspoon of Hot Pepper Bacon Jam under each scallop parcel and add green onions for garnish.
