Bacon Wrapped Scallops
Bacon Wrapped Scallops, tender, juicy perfection; elegant enough for a dinner party or a romantic dinner for two and easy to prepare in the oven or Air Fryer.
Ingredients
Garlic butter

slices maple bacon (cut in half)

Truffle Cheese Salt

2 tablespoons
Hot Pepper Bacon Jam
·
6 tablespoons
diagonally sliced crostini
·

Instructions
Wrap the scallops tightly in a piece of bacon and use a toothpick to hold each together.
Spread garlic butter on crostini.
Bake scallops and garlic crostini in separate baking dishes at 400°F until desired crispness of bacon and until the bread is golden brown.
Top with Truffle Cheese Salt until melted.
Place 1 teaspoon of Hot Pepper Bacon Jam under each scallop parcel. Add green onions for garnish, eat and enjoy with Frisky Riesling or Tango Malbec or many other Williamson Wines.
